The Three Tier Lettings Service
You may want us to assist in the early stages of your let: to advise, to market and secure the perfect tenant, take care of all preparatory paperwork and deposits – allowing you to manage the tenancy yourself thereafter.
Many clients prefer us to manage the entire Letting process on their behalf, including: regular property visits providing an insight of the property condition including colour photographs and advisory maintenance, organising and supervising maintenance and repairs, using our select handpicked contractor panel whilst also providing 24hrs emergency cover. We will also oversee payment of bills and deducting them from the rental. This service releases you from your direct involvement with your tenants and gives peace of mind knowing that your investment is in the safe hands of our experienced Property Managers.

Our dedicated Property Management team are based in Reading and are here to help, whilst offering you a personal, but highly professional service, the team will assist you throughout the whole tenancy from the start to the end, including negotiating the deposit release.
